Lock N' Seal
Lock 'N Seal is a one step sealer and joint sand stabilizer. It is formulated from the latest developments in
nonhazardous VOC, EPA and OSHA compliant, water base UV resistant, high product solids acrylic chemistry to create
the ultimate concrete-interlocking-paver sealer and joint-sand stabilizer. Designed specifically as a “penetrating”
sealer for interlocking paving stone installations, Lock 'N Seal gives superior protection against stains while
providing a flexible, water resistance, bond that inhibits potential water damage to the joints and therefore the
paver system. Sealing the space between the pavers with Lock 'N Seal reduces the permeability of the sand joint thus
inhibiting weed growth and ant mines. Lock 'N Seal enhances, brightens and beautifies the natural beauty and color of
the pavers while improving durability and resistance to fading. Lock 'N Seal can be applied immediately after paver installation
- no waiting period required. It will resist most stains up to several days, however oils and especially solvents should
be wiped up soon after spillage has occurred.
Wet Look Lacquer
Wet Look Lacquer LS is a solvent based, low sheen, crystal clear, deep penetrating barrier coating for decorative concrete, stone, natural and man made masonry surfaces. Wet Look Lacquer LS provides a “damp-wet” appearance which enhances and beautifies the natural color of the applied masonry surface. Non yellowing Wet Look Lacquer LS barrier coating, seals against food stains, gasoline, grease, oils, water and acid. Its deep bonding formula resists peeling, chipping, cracking and UV degradation. Made from the latest developments in VOC compliant high solids (20%) acrylic chemistry, Wet Look Lacquer LS delivers excellent resistance to the formation of efflorescence. When used on newly placed concrete, the sealer can help protect against spalling, dusting, freeze-thaw damage and alkali degradation. Wet Look Lacquer LS remains hard even under extreme sunlight and delivers superior wear resistance. Its VOC compliant formula works great indoors and outdoors to provide a breathable barrier that allows moisture to escape from the coated surfaces. Also, it is an ideal as a joint sand stabilized for interlocking pavers.
